Myla “Mylz” Soriano is a young Filipina visual artist and a public school teacher. A graduate of Doctor of Philosophy major in Science Education. A family-oriented and loving mother to her two children. Her husband, who is an artist too, was her great influencer, tutor, and inspiration. She started doing artwork when the pandemic arises. She developed her skills as she joined Art Show Philippines. She also uses Youtube and Facebook art groups to learn new techniques and improves her art. She also joins other exhibitions on her local such as the 2022 Abig Sining Visual Arts Exhibition on Pangasinan. She loves doing abstract paintings. For her, the abstract is her freedom of expressing her feelings, emotions, and love for art. She commonly uses three circles on her artworks which means love, passion, and art. She often uses gold because her artwork can already be considered a treasure.
