At NDIGI.world our mission is to help with the preservation of indigenous cultures and fostering of greater indigenous community identity and pride by making it easier and more accessible for people globally to experience interacting with different cultures online and via the upcoming metaverse platforms being created.

The Artist identified below ("Artist") seeks to display the artwork identified below (the "Artwork") on the Ndigi.world Website (the "Gallery") operated by NFT Artist Management Pty Ltd. NFT Artist Management Pty Ltd reserves the right to select a piece of artwork to be displayed on the home page of the Website at https://ndigi.world. NFT Artist Management Pty Ltd has the right to change and modify an image as required if the image does not fit into any gallery display, and or slideshow.

The Artist warrants and represents that he or she is the sole legal owner of all right, title and interest in all Artwork, including all related intellectual property interests such as trademarks and the sole and exclusive copyright in all artworks, and has the full right and authority to enter this Agreement and grant the rights granted in this Agreement.

In the case where the artistic works or assets being provided are not owned directly, I represent that I have the permission of the original artist, contributors or community providing the work to be listed on the Ndigi.world website, and any associated NFT marketplace as elected to be used for the listing, sale and or promotion of such by the management team of the Ndigi.world platform.

The Artist also warrants and represents that the display of the Artwork, or providing of any other culturally related assets does not and will not infringe or violate the rights of any other party, including any copyright interests.

The Artist agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the Ndigi.world platform management entity NFT Artist Management Pty Ltd harmless from any losses, claims, damages, awards, penalties or injuries incurred, including reasonable attorney's fees, which arise from any claim by any third party of an alleged infringement of copyright or any other property right arising out of the display of the Artwork. The Artist understands that the display of the Artwork at the Gallery is subject to the sole discretion of the management of Ndigi.world and any or all of the Artwork may be immediately removed from the Gallery at the sole and exclusive discretion of the Gallery, for whatever reason.

The Artist grants Ndigi.world management entity NFT Artist Management Pty Ltd a nonexclusive, royalty free, perpetual license to display the Artwork at the Gallery. This license and permission to display the Artwork across related websites including www.ndigi.world, www.ndigi.land, www.eziNFTs.com, www.piptle.com, www.pipezi.com, and www.clubvirtual.io. This consent may be revoked at the sole discretion of the Artist upon written notification to [email protected].

Any artwork or other provided assets will be then promptly removed from websites within a reasonable time being from 72hours after receipt of written notice of revocation of the license.
